The following charges are established for cancellations:
Cancellation due to force majeure: no charge. Force majeure: any fortuitous, unforeseeable, exceptional and/or catastrophic event that makes it impossible for the supplier to provide the services or for the client to enjoy them if, even if both parties have acted with the utmost diligence, the event could not have been avoided. The following cases are specifically mentioned, without limitation or exclusion: volcanic eruptions and clouds, natural disasters, fires, wars and rebellions resulting in a state of national or local alert, nuclear explosions and the cessation of transport services for any reason.
Cancellation 15 days or more before the service start date: free of charge.
Less than 15 days and more than 10 days: 10% of the total amount of the invoice.
10 days and up to 3 days: 15% of the total amount of the invoice.
48 hours before the day on which the service was to be provided: 35% of the total amount of the invoice and 50% of the total amount of the invoice for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
During the 24 hours of the day on which the service was to be rendered: 75% of the total amount of the invoice (Monday to Thursday) and 100% of the total amount of the invoice for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
No-show: 100% of the total amount of the invoice.
Payment conditions: Payment of the invoice/proforma issued must be made up to 20 calendar days prior to the event.
