1730 Fino en Rama is born out of a careful selection of the 20 best barrels of our fino solera, which have been bottled with a light filtration.
It has 10 years of biological ageing, which makes it a wine with an excellent balance between the sharp and saline style of the finos and the solvency and roundness of its years of ageing.
Amber-colored and with a great aromatic intensity, it presents sharp notes reminiscent of its biological ageing, as well as hints of almonds and wood. It is smooth and very dry on the palate, with a great persistence in the mouth.

It is ideal with medium-aged cheeses, soups and consommés, white meats and oily fish.
