Fino la Janda is a classic fino from Jerez that has the peculiarity of its long aging that reaches 10 years. Precisely due to its long permanence under flor veil, it combines the sharp character of the finos with a solvency and body in the mouth that make it very special.
Pale golden color and bright appearance, with a strong and pungent aroma, very vegetal, with notes of yeast and almonds. Its flavor is dry on the palate while elegant and long, slightly warm, with a good persistence in the mouth.
Ideal with cured meats, mainly Iberian ham. It also goes perfectly with all kinds of fish: seafood, anchovies, clams, baked fish and also Japanese food.
