Dark chestnut color with amber hues, clean and bright. It presents a great aromatic intensity, with nutty aromas and deep notes of wood and vanilla, typical of its long aging period.
In the mouth it is dry, warm and velvety, with notes of nuts and wood with a long persistence and a long finish.

Pairs well with cured cheeses, partridge stew, Iberian cheeks (game meat), oxtail and fish.
