Sherry vinegars have acquired their great prestige due to the enormous complexity of their aromas, flavors and their great concentration. Our Vinagre de Familia is an authentic representative of the classic sherry vinegars.
Sherry vinegar variety 100% palomino, subjected to aging and acetification in old American oak barrels.
Appearance: bright.
Color: dark brown with amber hues.
Smell: slightly pungent acetic, but vinous, with hints of wood.
The fermented wine undergoes acetification and aging in old 500-liter American oak casks using the traditional Jerez system of solera and criaderas for a minimum of 6 months.
